What is the LuLaRoe CARD?

The LuLaRoe CARD is a prepaid Mastercard® issued for business-related purposes loaded with funds from your LuLaRoe business activities. You will be able to use this card anywhere Mastercard is accepted in the U.S.

How to add my LuLaRoe CARD to my account?

New Retailer: To begin using your LuLaRoe CARD, create your account on funds.mylularoe.com and add this card to your account.

Existing Retailer: If you are an existing retailer and already have a LuLaRoe CARD, add this LuLaRoe CARD to your account on funds.mylularoe.com.
Note: Adding this card to your My Funds account will automatically close your current card and transfer the available balance to your new card. You can access the transaction history for any card listed on funds.mylularoe.com. Please dispose of your old card securely by shredding or cutting through the mag stripe before discarding.

Process to add a card:
  1. Visit funds.mylularoe.com
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click on the button "+ ADD A CARD"
  4. Enter the 16-digit card number without hyphens and the 6- digit security code located at the bottom left on the card back (You will see "SC" printed in front of the security code), then click on Submit.
PIN: The PIN associated to your new chip-enabled card will be revealed during the process of adding a card. Memorize the PIN, you may be prompted to use this PIN to make a purchase, or utilize at an ATM, etc.

How to use my chip-enabled LuLaRoe CARD?

When you visit a merchant with chip-enabled technology, simply insert your chip-enabled card in the payment terminal instead of swiping it. The chip-enabled card will remain in the terminal while the transaction is processed. To authorize the transaction, you will be prompted to enter your PIN or provide a signature. For transactions made over the phone or online, nothing changes.

Where can I use the LuLaRoe CARD?

The LuLaRoe CARD can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted throughout the United States (except in Puerto Rico and Guam), as well as the LuLaRoe Retailer wholesale site.

Should I process my LuLaRoe CARD as credit or debit?

You should always select the credit option when processing your card. This includes selecting credit while using an ATM.

When does my LuLaRoe CARD expire?

Funds loaded on the LuLaRoe CARD will never expire.

What happens when the expiration date on my LuLaRoe CARD becomes out of date?

In the event your LuLaRoe CARD plastic expires, please contact the number on the back of the card for a replacement. You can view the details on the back of your LuLaRoe CARD or in your Cardholder Agreement.

How can I determine my available balance?

You can get the available balance for your card at funds.mylularoe.com.

How can I add additional funds?

You are unable to personally add funds to the LuLaRoe CARD. Funds will be added to your card by LuLaRoe after your Pop-Up boutique has closed.

Why was my LuLaRoe CARD declined?

A purchase with the LuLaRoe CARD may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance at funds.mylularoe.com. If you are purchasing online, a website must take more than one form of payment if the purchase exceeds the balance on the card.

What if my LuLaRoe CARD is lost or stolen?

If your card is stolen please contact 1.833.701.2889 immediately to lock the funds and replace the lost card. A $5.00 Replacement Card Fee may apply.

What if I forget my PIN?

LuLaRoe CARD:

If you forget your PIN and do not have a chip-enabled card, please call 1.833.701.2889 to speak to a representative and then visit funds.mylularoe.com to reset your PIN to the number of your choice.

Chip-Enabled LuLaRoe CARD:

If you forget your PIN, you can obtain a PIN reminder at funds.mylularoe.com, Go to “My card”, click on “Action”, choose “View” then select “show” under "CARD INFORMATION".

Can I use my LuLaRoe CARD at the ATM?

Yes, all cards are usable at the ATM. ATM operator may charge a separate fee.

How can I move funds off of my LuLaRoe CARD into my personal bank account?

You can move funds off of your card and into your bank account by visiting funds.mylularoe.com. Funds transfer will be subject to a $1.00 fee.

Can I get multiple cards with the same information?

No, at this time we provide one card per Retailer.

Will I receive paper statements?

No, you will not receive paper statements in the mail. If you would like a hard copy of your statements, please print your transaction history from funds.mylularoe.com.

Where can I go to view my account balance?

Visit funds.mylularoe.com to view your account balance.

Is my LuLaRoe CARD protected against fraud?

Yes, your LuLaRoe CARD has fraud protection. Please call the number on the back of your LuLaRoe CARD for more information, or view your Cardholder Agreement.

Can I use my LuLaRoe CARD to pay my bills (cable, electric, etc.)?

Yes, you can use your card to pay bills, however, if you set up your account to automatically charge the card, please ensure you always keep a balance to cover the bill. The card will be declined if the balance is not sufficient. Some utilities may not accept prepaid cards as a form of payment, if you have questions please check with your utility company.

What do I need to do if my mailing address changes?

Follow the 2 step process below:
  • Visit funds.mylularoe.com, go to "My Card", under action select “View”, select Edit Registration and update your address as needed.
  • Send an email to Support@EMLPayments.com with your name, Retailer ID, and new mailing address.
